Connected Cars Europe comes to Olympia London

24 Jun 2016

Connected Cars Europe, the only event of its kind in the world to focus on business models and consumer needs, will be taking place at Olympia London from 28th-30th June—helping brands to define how to structure their business to make the most of developing technologies.

The show will feature more than 50 exhibitors and innovative demonstrations, in addition to a comprehensive conference programme, featuring more than 100 speakers from leading automotive brands including BMW, Honda, PSA Peugeot Citroen and Toyota.

Key speakers include:

Mirabell Wine Bar

Ideally situated, Mirabell Wine Bar is a must for wine and cheese lovers.

A brand new wine bar located just outside the venue is the perfect place to linger over a bottle with a few friends at lunch or an after work drink with colleagues.

Absolutely charming and unique to Kensington, the wine bar offers an impressive and ever-evolving line-up including the incredibly drinkable Le Rouleur Blanc up to the rare 2011 Chambolle Musigny or Hudelot Noellat. Celebrating an occasion? Why not try a bottle (or two) of one of the top champagnes.

Shining the spotlight on Network under the star’s key-note speakers

09 Jun 2016

With less than a month to go, Network under the stars are shining the spotlight on the event’s two keynote speakers—managing director at Zibrant, Fay Sharpe and founder and editor of Women in Leadership at Guardian, Harriett Minter.

Speaker Spotlight: Fay Sharpe

With more than 25 years’ experience in events, and as the creator of mentoring initiative, Fast Forward 15, very few are better placed to motivate young female industry professionals than Zibrant founder, Fay Sharpe.

Perfecting the press stunt

Last year, iconic English rock band, The Stone Roses, sent fans into a tizzy by announcing a small come-back tour. Rather than send out a standard press release to share the details—fans were told to keep an eye out for posters around their city; if the posters turned up, so too would The Stone Roses. Whilst their reunion tour would have garnered a good amount of coverage anyway, this stunt excelled it to a whole new level.
