Spiritual Haircutting comes to the Capital
Are you looking for a brand new look? Does your hair need reenergising? Mind Body Soul Experience is bringing Spiritual Haircutting to the capital this month with renowned stylist and healer Gary Winer.
Mind Body Soul Experience will take place at Olympia London from Friday 24 –Sunday 26 October and brings three days of workshops, treatments and presentations along with the latest therapies and products.
Since opening his first salon ten years ago, Gary Winer has not only set up his own training academy serving hundreds of budding stylists each year, but has also forged a hugely successful career in the spiritual world. Having always had a passion for self-development and healing, personal circumstances opened his eyes to therapeutic remedies in 2008 and he decided to turn his interest and passion into an innovative vocation.
“To see my client transform; to shift their energy, their centre and their soul; that is so satisfying,” Gary said. “Cutting off one’s hair is a symbol of oneself. Sometimes we get attached to things and by cutting our hair, it allows our body to release attachment of emotions and memories. I relieve the negative energy that is stuck in the body so that you can heal.”
As well as a haircut from a hairdresser with almost thirty years of experience, Gary’s spiritual sessions include a reiki head and shoulder massage making this the most relaxing makeover around.
Hannah Irons at Mind Body Soul Experience said: “We’re delighted to welcome spiritual haircutting to the show this year. Getting a haircut can be a deeply personal thing and Gary’s blissful combination of fantastic experience with indulgent massage and spiritual assessment creates the ultimate alternative therapy for our visitors.”
Here are Gary’s top tips for maintaining healthy and vivacious hair:
· Using nasty chemicals from cheap hair colour, straighteners and dryers will harm your hair. You wouldn't iron your skin so why your hair? Use natural products that will complement and soothe your hair such as Forever Living’s Hydrate Shampoo. This moisture-enriched shampoo has a unique, ultra-hydrating formulation that leaves hair more resilient and energized, with increased body and shine. Aloe Vera and Royal Jelly help dry hair’s natural moisture balance. Find them on stand 80.
· Nurture your hair as you would the rest of your body. Indulge with luxurious conditioners and serums such as Neals Yard’s Rosemary & Cedarwood Hair Treatment. You can meet the team at the show on stand 32.
· Feed your hair by feeding the right things to your body. Begin your health kick with amazing vegan and vegetarian food served at Central Kitchen at the show.
