Executive & Administrative Assistant 

Olympia London is a world-famous event venue and we’re going through exciting changes. We’re looking for a skilled and experienced EA/ administrator to join our team in London, this is a great opportunity to work right at the heart of our business supporting our CEO. 

What you will be doing: 

You will provide administrative support to our CEO and potentially also other senior team members including diary management, travel arrangements, internal events, producing reports, letters and presentations as well as taking minutes. 

You will work closely with stakeholders, event organisers, colleagues and service partners at all levels internally and externally. 

This role presents an opportunity for an experienced EA/ administrator to work at the heart of our business in an ever-changing environment whilst the venue undergoes its transformation. Truly no two days are the same! 

Who we’re looking for:

We are looking for a self-motivated team player with excellent communication, organisation and IT skills. Previous PA/ secretarial/ administrative experience is essential for this role, together with good technical knowledge of Outlook and all Microsoft Office programmes. Touch-typing skills would also be desirable. You should be comfortable dealing with multiple senior stakeholders, being an ambassador for the business in all these interactions and working autonomously. You should also be comfortable working with MS365, Teams and adapting to new technologies. 

The successful candidate must be willing to commute to Olympia London in W14, we operate an agile working model in which an average of three days per week is expected to be worked at the venue with two days remote. This may vary dependant on business needs.
