What is the best way of getting to the venue?
We have a dedicated train station next to the venue, Kensington (Olympia), and we are walking distance from West Kensington and Barons Court underground stations. Take a few moments to plan your journey.

How much does it cost to park at the venue?
The cost of parking varies depending on how long you are staying for. You need to pre-book parking and we recommend you do this more than 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. 

Can I park a van or lorry in the carpark?
Yes, we do have spaces for lorries of up to 7.5 tonnes and vans, although they are limited so you need to pre-book your slot to guarantee your space. 

How do I book my vehicle for deliveries and collections?
Exhibitors and contractors need to book deliveries and logistics in advance with Voyage Control and passes will be checked.

Is parking available for coaches?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer coach parking at the venue. The nearest coach parking facility is Wembley.

Is there wifi?
There is free visitor wifi onsite. Exhibitors should book IT connectivity through eForce.

How do I enquire about exhibiting at one of the events at Olympia London?

How do I enquire about holding an event at Olympia London?
You can make an enquiry through our venue enquiry form. Our team will respond to you as quickly as possible. 

What are the opening times for my event?
Please check your event page ahead of your visit to see the specific opening times. Some shows will have allotted entry times so please check your ticket for details. Please buy your ticket in advance to ensure you have an enjoyable visit. 

Do you have a cloakroom to store my coat or luggage during my visit?
During events held at Olympia London, there will be a cloakroom to keep your items safe. This may change depending on the event you attend, so head to the What’s On section to find links to each event website. 

Will I get my bag searched?
For many events we carry out bag searches with along with other safety procedures to keep you and our staff safe. We advise you not to bring a bag where possible to ensure your entry into the venue is as quick and easy as possible. Find out more about our 24hr security measures.

How do I buy tickets or register for an event?

Are there ATM's on site?
Yes, we have several ATM's in the entrances to the venue. However, we recommend card and contactless payment wherever possible throughout our venue.

When is the office open?
Office operating hours are 09:00-17:30 Monday - Friday.
