London Comic Con Spring Prize Draw

Terms and Conditions

  1. The promoter is Olympia London (Olympia Management Services Limited, company no 00238811), whose registered office is at Hammersmith Rd, Kensington, London W14 8UX.
  2. The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years old or over, excluding Olympia London staff.
  3. Entries are made by following Olympia London and Showmasters Events on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter and tagging a friend in the comments who you would like to bring. For an extra entry, participants can also share the competition post on their story and tag Olympia London. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this prize draw.
  4. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  5. The closing date for entry will be 14.02.23 at 23:59. After this date/time, no further entries to the prize draw will be permitted. The winner will be chosen by a random draw performed by a computer process.
  6. The winner will be notified by email on 15.02.23. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  7. The winner will be selected through a random prize draw generator. All comments are submitted into the generator. Multiple comments do not constitute as multiple entries.
  8. The promoter will notify the winner of how the prize can be redeemed by email.
  9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this prize draw.
  10. The prize is: A pair of weekend tickets to London Comic Con Spring from 04.03.23 - 05.03.23 and the winner must be 18 or older.
  11. The winner agrees to use their name to claim their prize. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  12. By entering this prize draw, an entrant indicated their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  13. Olympia London also reserves the right to cancel the prize draw if circumstances arise outside its control.
