The UK’s number one travel show, The Times presents Destinations: The Holiday & Travel Show is proud to announce its bright future at Olympia London from 2015.
Organisers Clarion Events, who are currently seeing record advance ticket sales coupled with show growth of over 15% for 2014, have listened to the clear message from their visitors and exhibitors who agree that West London remains the perfect place for the exhibition.
Sam North, Show Director for Destinations, said, “With the heart of the travel industry being in West London and the surrounding area, our move makes total sense. Olympia London is in the most affluent area of the country and as the only venue with dedicated rail and tube stations, has fantastic transport links to our core catchment regions of Sussex, Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire & Oxfordshire”.
Its move to Olympia London also provides a stable and certain platform for the event as Nigel Nathan, Olympia's Group Managing Director confirms, "Destinations began its days at Olympia London and so we are delighted to welcome it back again. The £30m we have spent to improve the venue will no doubt ensure the visitor experience is better than ever before. In fact Olympia London's inspiring spaces have hosted 42 of the country's leading consumer exhibitions in the last year - attracting almost a million visitors - so there is no better home for Destinations".
