Fast-forward to sensational events with sensible measures from September.
Following its first event in July, Olympia London will be hosting a wide range of events from September and getting back to do what it does best: connecting people and helping them share their passions. All with the same warmth and care that it’s known for.
Olympia London has just launched a new marketing campaign to build excitement for the return of large events and support all the shows booked this year.
Fast-forward to a very fresh start where visitors to the beautiful Grade II venue will come back to safe, airy event spaces. Olympia Grand alone has over a quarter of a million cubic metres of air. And we’re bringing the outdoors indoors. As part of our £1bn redevelopment we’ve been updating our event spaces and this includes the installation of a new ventilation system that draws in even more fresh air than before, and is significantly more efficient with state of the art system controls. A diverse line up of events will bring something for everyone this season with a wide range of trusted Trade favourites and plenty of exciting experiences on offer at household name consumer shows.
Nigel Nathan, managing director, said: “Having had a fantastic re-opening with Aesthetic Medicine Live in July, we’re now looking forward to hosting a variety of events and giving people the opportunity to connect in person. We cannot wait to welcome more shows, guests and exhibitors back. Our teams have worked hard to ensure our venue is even safer, so everyone can enjoy their visit in a relaxed atmosphere. It’s great news to be back, not only for the events industry, but for all businesses that take part, and the local economy too.”
In 2019, Olympia London and its events attracted over 1.6 million visitors to Hammersmith & Fulham. Contributing £1.2bn to the economy, the venue’s activities is an important source of footfall for local businesses such as cafes, restaurants and hotels.
Working with our local authority and following current government guidelines, the venue is one of the leading players in shaping safety measures, working closely with the events industry associations and peers.
