Kelly Hoppen is the first keynote speaker to be announced for International Confex taking place at Olympia Grand from 18-19 February. Kelly Hoppen is an interior designer, a panel member on the BBC Two show ‘Dragon’s Den’, an ambassador for the Prince’s Trust and the Prince’s Initiative for Mature Enterprise and is an ambassador for the government’s GREAT campaign working with UK Trade and Investment mentoring small and medium size businesses.
Kelly be taking to the stage on the second day of the show, Thursday 19 February, to talk about ‘Why Britain’s got talent’ focussing on creativity, design, entrepreneurship and her role for the GREAT campaign. Kelly has an MBE for her services to interior design, a well-earned reputation as one of the best interior designers in the UK and sealed her top spot in the world of interior design when she won the Andrew Martin Award. In addition, Kelly has fulfilled her lifelong dream of designing her own range of products for the home, published seven design books and opened her own Kelly Hoppen Design School to share her design ethos with the masses. Kelly will offer inspiration, vision and strategies that can be transferred to the events industry.
