The 2017 edition of A Place in the Sun Live saw 7,458 property hunters visit Olympia London. The largest overseas property exhibition in Europe hosted more than150 exhibitors from across Europe and the rest of the world, giving visitors the opportunity to interact with a range of sellers from multiple countries, all under one roof.
Property agents and a host of industry experts were on hand to answer questions at the first A Place in the Sun Live event in London since article 50 was triggered. Optimism ruled with reassuring comments from the experts.
Amanda Lamb, Jasmine Harman, Jonnie Irwin and Laura Hamilton all made guest appearances and visitors could take a screen test to be on the TV show. The positive sentiment showed the resilience and motivation of British buyers.
Andy Bridge, Managing Director at A Place in the Sun comments: ‘Given what’s going on in the wider world it was reassuring to see a packed exhibition hall – international estate agents with properties to promote and British buyers with the motivation and means to buy’
