Since its launch the show has gone from strength-to-strength with 15,000 visitors attending the 2012 show; a 25% increase since its launch in 2009. In addition to the exemplary levels of customer service provided by the venue team, the Olympia London marketing team delivered a strategic and thorough marketing support plan, including social media activity and email marketing that attained levels of engagement far above the industry average.
