Senior Account Manager

Olympia London is a world-famous event venue and we’re going through exciting changes. We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Account Manager to join our fast-paced team in London who will develop existing and potential client relationships in order to continually maximise revenue and achieve budget. 

What you will be doing:

You will work with our impressive Sales team to support the successful delivery of Olympia’s upcoming events. We have an incredibly diverse events portfolio so you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in our work and undertake a fast paced, exciting role, building relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

You will be responsible for negotiating and closing business contracts with existing and new clients and working closely with the events team to ensure the event is successfully delivered to meet requirements. In addition, you will work closely with the Head of Sales to review and evolve our sales strategy to ensure we are driving growth and profitability for Olympia. 

Who we’re looking for:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive individual to join our team at this pivotal point in our redevelopment. You will use your strong relationship management skills to support key clients and stakeholders and your desire for growth will drive forward Olympia’s ambitious and innovative expansion.

Due to the fast-paced nature of the role and the diverse range of stakeholders you will liaise with, you will have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate others. Alongside this, you will possess the ability to effectively prioritise your workload, manage multiple complex tasks and deal with operational issues, opportunities and challenges.
