Prize draw T&Cs
Terms and Conditions
- The promoter is Olympia London (Olympia Management Services Ltd, company number 00238811), whose registered office is at Hammersmith Rd, London W14 8UX.
- The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years old or over, excluding Olympia London staff.
- Entries to the prize draw are made by signing up to receive ticket offers and event updates from Olympia London by email. To enter, complete the form on olympia.london/spirit-christmas-and-jose-pizarro-dining-experience before 23:59 04.10.2023. Only one entry is permitted per person, and multiple attempts to enter will only count as one entry. If you wish to enter the prize draw without signing up to Olympia London updates, please email marketing@olympia.london with 'Spirit of Christmas + José Pizarro Prize Draw' in the subject line and your full name and email address within the email.
- The closing date for entry will be 04.10.23 at 23:59. After this date/time, no further entries to the prize draw will be permitted. The winner will be chosen by a random draw performed by a computer process.
- The winner will be notified by email on 05.10.23. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 24 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner by random draw through a computer process.
- The promoter will notify the winner of how the prize can be redeemed by email.
- The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this prize draw.
- The prize is two tickets to the Spirit of Christmas Fair and an exclusive José Pizarro tapas dining experience for two on Saturday 04 November 2023 including five tapas dishes with two glasses of champagne. The winner must be 18 or older.
- The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- The winner agrees to use their name for their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
- By entering this prize draw, an entrant indicates their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Olympia London also reserves the right to cancel the prize draw if circumstances arise outside its control.
