Decorative arts and design
The world’s largest museum of decorative arts and design.
The V&A collection spans 5,000 years of art and design. Seven miles of galleries are spread out over six different floors, with something for everyone in this truly spectacular setting.
Periods and styles of decorative art and design range from Gothic to Surrealism, to Medieval to Modernism.
There are free tours and talks, interactive audio-visuals, video presentations, and games for children.
The museum has a Garden Cafe, as well as the V&A Café, and also provides a designated space for those who wish to bring a packed lunch.
