A Place In The Sun Live

A Place In The Sun Live is the UK's largest overseas property event and takes place at Olympia London.

The official exhibition of the Channel 4 TV show is the perfect place to help guide you through the buying process and find your ideal property abroad.

Featuring over 150 exhibitors from around the world ready to showcase their collection of beautiful overseas homes, with agents coming from Spain (including the Canaries and Balearic Islands), France, Italy, Portugal and Florida. If you’re looking for property elsewhere then countries such as Malta, Egypt, the Caribbean, Cyprus and Greece will also be represented.

With a detailed seminar programme and their own dedicated zone, France, Italy and Florida also have a mix of developers and industry experts you can chat to and get all your questions answered.

Alongside property agents and country Pavilions are the all-important professional services with expert advice on legal, financial, tax and currency. Industry experts will also be on-hand to talk you through the buying process and answer any questions you may have.

If that’s not enough, the show will also welcome the stars of the TV show Amanda, Jasmine and Laura. They will be appearing at The Hub to share their experiences from the TV show, offer top tips for overseas property hunting and answer your questions - you can even meet them face-to-face at magazine signings.  And finally, don’t forget to pick up your free copy of A Place in the Sun magazine and Show Guide on your way in.

The weekend will be informative, entertaining and an essential place to visit if you’re considering moving forward with your overseas property purchase plans.
