eForce Senior Sales Manager

We’re looking for an experienced account manager to join our fast-paced team who can spot and act on these opportunities, deliver great customer experiences, and drive forward our brand as a market leader of excellence.

What you will be doing:

You will maintain and expand relationships with large organisers and other assigned events to achieve increased loyalty and revenue growth. You will be responsible for driving the annual sales budget and business analytics alongside leading and managing all sales operations, overseeing the activities of the sales team. 

Key responsibilities:
  • Play a strategic role in building creative sales strategies that are focused on consumer satisfaction and revenue generation for the business
  • Conduct reviews of existing sales strategies in order to identify areas of improvement before working with the Head of eForce and IT to create robust and innovative new strategies that add value
  • By understanding the market and competitive environment, conduct research and perform analysis on the performance of the sales team ensuring prompt delivery and accuracy of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to the Head of eForce & IT
  • Assess the amount of resources required by the team in order to achieve optimal performance, leading to financial benefit for the business. Track sales activities and create reports for use in strategic decision making
  • Prepare an annual revenue budget to be submitted to the Head of eForce & IT for review and approval
  • Line manage the sales team, monitoring their performance and providing support, mentoring and guidance where required
  • Process orders via Ungerboeck, field calls from customers and process payments
  • Develop and build successful and lasting relationships with customers and external partners to build the profile of eForce
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of consumer, competitor, and market trends. Stay up to date with industry best practices and standards and keep the department in line with the latest trends to give the business a competitive edge
We need someone who has:
  • Strong customer service experience
  • IT skills: Word, Excel, e-mail, Internet, data entry
  • Ungerboeck/Momentus experience desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills and able to work in a pressurised environment and meet tight deadlines. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Highly organised and efficient with excellent attention to detail. 
  • Ability to analyse situations quickly and respond to those seeking advice/guidance. 
  • Ability to present information to a wide range of audiences. 
  • A self-starter with a positive, enthusiastic attitude 
  • Highly proficient in MS Office software.
  • Willingness to work unsociable hours when required e.g. weekend work, late nights.
