Careers and team at Olympia London
Vacancies at Olympia Events

Olympia Events is the UK’s home of inspirational events. Our doors first opened for large events in 1886. In 2021, we were awarded Venue of the Century recognition. Olympia Events will soon be part of a larger visitor destination guaranteeing us an exciting future for the next 140 years.

Located in London’s Kensington, Olympia Events' stunning venue spaces have created unforgettable settings for events, exhibitions and conferences. We are recognised within the events industry for exceptional levels of customer service. We’ve made the commitment to become a net zero company by 2050 and sustainability is at our core as we work to our Grand Plan. Our success is underpinned by our diverse and inclusive attitude, creating an environment where everyone is welcome and treated equally.

A number of our staff have been with us for over 20 years showing what a rewarding place Olympia Events is to work. Despite our large venue, we are a relatively small team. However, we have roles across a wide range of career paths from event management to finance, marketing to facilities management and from security to IT. No matter what our teams do, they are brave and decisive, collaborating to deliver exceptional experiences where everyone is in safe hands.

Our team are dedicated to working together in partnership with event organisers and ensuring the best possible exhibitor and visitor experience. Our values are designed to maintain a one-team ethos. From creating and delivering inspiring solutions for our customers, to supporting whenever, wherever, however, they influence our choices and actions and communicate to the world what we stand for. Our values are important to us and our approach is defined by them:

  • Vibrant
  • Attentive
  • Confident
  • Imaginative

We recognise that the diversity of our people is one of our greatest strengths and we are taking positive action to ensure our existing colleagues and job applicants can fully be themselves and bring their own unique experiences and perspectives to the workplace. This means giving full and fair consideration to all applicants regardless of age, disability, gender reassignment, race, religion or belief, sex, sexual orientation, marriage and civil partnership, and pregnancy and maternity. In line with our responsibilities under the Equality Act 2010, Olympia takes all allegations of discrimination extremely seriously and encourages a culture where individuals feel they can seek out support if they ever witness or experience discrimination.
