Over 28,000 visitors expected to join the ultimate event for inspirational living at Olympia London. 

The Festival will incorporate the House & Garden Fair, Spirit of Summer and The Art & Antiques Fair Olympia - offering an unrivalled summer shopping experience to find that original, individual piece either for your house, yourself or as a gift. With more than 450 exhibitors across the Festival, visitors will have the opportunity to see a huge number of not-on-the-high-street, boutique, artisan and leading luxury brands, carefully selected by the expert team at House & Garden.

Whether it's shopping for indoor or outdoor living, The House & Garden Fair section will have hundreds of brands that will inspire and help bring your house to that next level of style and sophistication. From flooring to furniture, wall coverings to accessories, lighting to luxury candles - the Festival will have an eclectic array of handpicked items that reflect skilled craftsmanship and good quality, for every room in your house.

With Spirit of Summer Fair, you can shop the best in summer living - accessories, fashion, jewellery and children's clothing, soft furnishings, gifts as well as the country's finest artisan food and drink. The Art & Antiques Fair Olympia is the capital's most established and respected vetted art and antiques fair. It will be running from Thursday 18 until Sunday 28 June with an exclusive Private Preview taking place on Wednesday 17 June, where 130 leading British and international art galleries and antiques dealers will be exhibiting.

There will be a diverse range of furniture, art, design sculpture decorative objects clocks silver design, sculpture, decorative objects, clocks, silver alongside jewellery, textiles, glass and ceramics - offering an enormous amount of choice for those seeking transformational, elegant and statement pieces.

The Experts Theatre and interactive Summer Living Workshops will have a fantastic line-up of interiors, architectural and garden experts sharing their advice, including the editorial team of House & Garden. Here you can learn new techniques, as well as create summer lifestyle pieces that you can take home. From Champagne tasting to flower arranging, garden design to food sampling-visitors will leave with a wealth of ideas and advice learnt from the very best in the industry.

You can participate in free one-to-one advice consultations with the professionals while you're there, so you can really get to grips and understand the important next steps for your project. Leading experts from the British Institute of Interior Design (BIID), accredited architects from the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and garden experts will be on hand. To help inspire you further, leading interior designers selected by House & Garden will create their very own 'Decorated Spaces' where they will each design different areas of a house giving visitors the opportunity to have an insight into how these interior designers work. These aspirational spaces will be designed with a variety of budgets and tastes in mind.

Of course, there will be enticing food on offer at the Festival restaurant while visitors are urged to enjoy a glass of champagne at one of the many stylish Louis Roederer Champagne Bars open all week.

Visitors can book their table in advance. The House & Garden Festival is expected to attract over 28,000 visitors. It will be open from Wednesday 17 until Sunday 21 June from 10am until 5.30pm daily. Adult tickets are £16 in advance via houseangardenfestival.com or £20 on the door.

The Art & Antiques Fair Olympia will be open from Thursday 18 until Sunday 28 June from 11am until 6pm daily with a late night on Thursday 25 June until 9pm. There will be a Private Preview on Wednesday 17 June in association with our Charity Partner, Maggie's. Tickets cost from £14 in advance and £20 on the door.
