Ready to take your training to the next level? Show the world what you’re made of at HYROX’s biggest event yet, at Olympia London, bringing together 8,000 athletes and 5,000 spectators.
Taking the world of fitness by storm, HYROX is a mass-participation indoor fitness competition that creates a unique stadium-like atmosphere for all participants. Dive into fitness and take part in the ultimate challenge delivering a perfect combination of strength, endurance and determination. This two-day event's race kicks off with a 1km run, followed by one functional workout, repeated eight times.
Get your sweat on with this pioneering blend of functional fitness with traditional racing. Whether you're a professional athlete, a regular gym-goer or a fitness novice, HYROX is truly accessible and attainable to anyone. Competitors are tested in every facet of athletic performance inside impressive indoor racecourses.
With four different race categories across ten divisions differing in weight and rep schemes, there is an option for all, independent of your fitness level. Within each division, you will race alongside athletes of various ages, with the option of running solo, with a partner or alongside three fellow teammates. Rankings and placings are also split into respective age categories, with podiums and World Championship qualifications for every age group.
